Rehearse & Release Ensemble is built on a simple belief.
Emotional wellbeing is not just something we talk about it’s something we practise.
We use movement, performance, and guided interaction to help young people understand their emotions, express them safely, and release what they are holding.
Our approach draws from drama and performance training, movement-based practices, and foundational therapeutic principles.
To create accessible, engaging spaces where young people can explore emotional wellbeing through creative expression and embodied practice.
A world where emotional literacy and self-expression are part of everyday learning.
